Match Day Season is here!
The Community Foundation is taking the opportunity to inspire community philanthropy by sponsoring a Match Day on ‘Giving Tuesday.’ The Community Foundation began this event by giving away $65,000 for their 65th Anniversary in 2017. This year, the event will support 30 organizations with a dollar-for-dollar money-match opportunity to raise money for the amazing work they do. Each organization has the opportunity to receive up to $5,000 in matched funds. ‘Giving Tuesday’ is a global movement to inspire generosity and is held on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving.
