We offer three sets of scholarships for graduating high school seniors, high school seniors or adults pursuing a Skilled Trades education (certificate or up to an Associate degree), and college or adult students (at least one year out of high school). Each grouping has an online application.

High School Scholarships

Anna High School

Irene Palko Scholarship

  • Student must have maintained a high school GPA of at least 3.0 and pursuing a degree in Education.
  • Selection based upon:
  • Academic ability, community and school service, financial need, and recommendations.
  • One $1,500 scholarship

Kauffman Family Foundation Scholarship

  • High school GPA must be no lower than 3.0 and no higher than 3.95.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Academic achievement, financial need, recommendations, and community service.
  • One $1,100 scholarship

Laura Behr Memorial Scholarship

  • High school GPA must be no lower than 2.5 and no higher than 3.6 and pursuing a vocational certificate, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, community and school service, and recommendations.
  • Preference given to students pursuing a degree in education or agriculture, or an education leading to the Catholic priesthood or becoming a Catholic religious Sister or Brother.
  • One $1,500 scholarship.

Botkins High School

Bill Koenig Technology Scholarship

  • Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Engineering, Agriculture, or Manufacturing (TEAM) at an accredited trade school, college or university.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic ability, community and school service and recommendations.
  • One $1,500 scholarship

Botkins Area Community Scholarship

  • GPA of not less than 2.7 and enrolling in an accredited trade school, college or university.
  • Selection based upon: Academic ability, community and school service and recommendations.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Botkins High School Class of 1965 Scholarship

  • GPA of not less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and enrolling in an accredited college or university or technical/vocational institution in the coming academic year.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic ability, community and school service and recommendations.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Botkins Student Memorial Scholarship

  • Enrolling in an accredited trade school, college or university.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic ability, community and school service and recommendations.
  • One $750 and one $500 scholarship

Botkins Trojans Scholarship

  • GPA of 2.5 or higher and is pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Financial need, academic ability, community and school service and recommendations.
  • Two $2,500 scholarships

Carl & Phyllis Serr Family Scholarship

  • GPA of no less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and are pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or attending a Technical or Trade School.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic ability, community and school service and recommendations.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Carol Becker Memorial Scholarship

  • Enrolling in a trade school, college or university.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic achievement, community and school service and recommendations.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Chase Fultz Memorial Scholarship

  • Member of FFA enrolling in a technical school, college or university.
  • Selection based upon: Academic achievement.
  • One $500 scholarship

Dave & Connie Mielke Scholarship

  • Member of the school’s Cross Country and/or Track teams.
  • Selection based upon: Academic achievement, community or school service, and recommendations.
  • One $1,300 scholarship

Don & Helen Ambos Memorial Scholarship

  • GPA of no less than 3.0 enrolling in an accredited college or university.
  • Selection based upon: Academic achievement, community and school service and recommendations.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Donald and Ruth Brown Scholarship

  • Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in the coming academic year.
  • Selection based upon: Demonstrated work history, community and school service, and recommendations.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Edward L & Viola A. Dietz Scholarship

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in the coming academic year.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic achievement, community and school service and recommendations.
  • One $1,000 scholarship, renewable for up to three (3) additional years

Emory and Nelda Koenig Family Scholarship

  • GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and are enrolling in a 2 or 4 year degree program.
  • Selection based upon: Community service, academic ability, financial need and recommendations.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Jerry Fogt Class of 1954 Scholarship

  • GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale and are enrolling in an accredited technical or trade school or are pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in the coming academic year.
  • Selection based upon: Community and school service. Preference given to those that demonstrates strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility beyond academic achievement.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Lahrmer Family Scholarship

  • Botkins Local Schools seniors who will pursue a two-year or four-year degree.
  • Selection based upon: Academic ability, demonstrated community and school service, and recommendations.
  • One $1,500 scholarship

Louise Sheets Scholarship

  • Pursue education at a trade school, college or university.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic achievement, demonstrated community and school service, and recommendations.
  • One $1,000, one $750 and one $500 scholarship

Marty Koenig Health Care Scholarship

  • Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare at an accredited college or university on the coming academic year.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic ability, community and school service and recommendations.
  • One $1,500 scholarship

Mike & Ann Loy Foundation Scholarship

  • GPA of no less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, not be named the class valedictorian or salutatorian, and enrolled in an accredited college or university in the coming academic year.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic ability, community and school service and recommendations.
  • One $2,000 scholarship

Randy Greve Memorial Scholarship

  • A Botkins High School senior. Preference given to a student pursuing a 2-year vocational or technical program education (secondary consideration to a 4-year degree applicant)
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic ability, community and school service and recommendations.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Christian Academy High School

Kiwanis Club of Sidney Scholarship

  • Must have a high school GPA of no less than 3.5 and plan to pursue an Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Selection based upon: Academic ability, school and community service, financial need, recommendations.
  • Various scholarship awards totaling $11,500

Ruese Insurance Agency Scholarship

  • GPA of at least 3.0 and pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Financial need, academic ability, community and school service, and recommendations.

Erick Richard Roush Young Memorial Scholarship

  • Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in the coming academic year.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): High academic ability, financial need, demonstrated community and school service, and recommendations.
  • One $2,000 scholarship

Kauffman Family Foundation Scholarship

  • GPA from 3.0 to 3.95 that are enrolling in an accredited college or university.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Academic achievement, financial need, recommendations, and community service.
  • Two $1,100 scholarships

Robert & Thelma Sargeant High School Senior Scholarship

  • Fairlawn High School (Sidney, Ohio) seniors may apply. Open enrollment students must have attended at least two years in the school district. Must be enrolling in an accredited adult education or trade school or pursuing a two-year or four-year degree.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need; academic ability; community and school service; recommendations.
  • Several scholarship awards up to $3,000 totaling $16,000

Waneta Ammon Partington Scholarship

  • Graduating Fairlawn High School seniors.
  • Student must fill out the online application.
  • Names of students who apply will be put into a hat and one winner will be drawn out.
  • One $2,000 scholarship

  • GPA of at least 3.0 and pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

  • No application needed.
  • Valedictorians and Salutatorians of Houston High School and Sidney High School.

Kauffman Family Foundation Scholarship

  • GPA from 3.0 to 3.95 that are enrolling in an accredited college or university.

  • One $1,100 scholarship

Mary E. Patterson Scholarship

  • A Houston High School graduating senior.
  • Selection based upon: Academic ability, financial need, community and school service, and recommendations.
  • Four $1,000 scholarships

Reese C. Gross Scholarship

  • GPA of no less than 2.0 and are enrolling in an accredited trade or technical school, college or university in the coming academic year.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic ability, community and school service, and recommendations.
  • Two $1,000 scholarships

Piqua High School

McColloch-Baker Insurance Agency Scholarship- Piqua

  • GPA of at least 3.0 and pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Financial need, academic ability, community and school service, and recommendations.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Russia High School

Clair and Jeanne Naveau Family Scholarship

  • A Russia High School senior with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 pursuing a four-year degree in the coming academic year.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Academic ability, financial need, community and school service, and recommendations.
  • One $2,000 scholarship

Dave & Ann Monnier Scholarship

  • No application required
  • Russia High School student who has demonstrated the highest percentage score in accounting course(s). If there is no eligible accounting student, the preference shall be given to a top business student demonstrated by the highest percentage score in business course(s).
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Doc and Hilda Francis Family Scholarship

  • Russia High School seniors pursuing adult education, a trade school or a two-year or four-year degree.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic ability, demonstrated school and community service, recommendations.
  • Two $1,500 scholarships, renewable for up to three (3) additional years

Douglas & Elizabeth Borchers Baseball/Softball Scholarship

  • A Russia High School senior. Applicants must have been a four-year member of their high school baseball or softball team. If you have not been enrolled for four years at Russia, but did play high school ball prior to and during your enrollment at Russia, you are eligible.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Demonstrated qualities of coachability, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship. A recommendation letter from your Varsity baseball/softball coach is REQUIRED to be attached, and demonstrated community and school service.
  • One $1,000 scholarship, renewable for up to three (3) additional years

Douglas & Elizabeth Borchers University of Dayton Scholarship

  • A Russia High School senior with a GPA of no less than 3.2. Preference is for a student planning to enroll at the University of Dayton. If no qualified applicants indicate they are enrolling at the University of Dayton, the scholarship may be awarded to a student enrolling in a Catholic college or university identified by the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Demonstrated community and school service, academic performance, financial need and recommendations.
  • One $1,000 scholarship, renewable for up to three (3) additional years

Edward & Merilyn Borchers Family Scholarship

  • Russia High School seniors pursuing adult education, a trade school or a two-year or four-year degree.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need; academic ability; community, religious, and school service; recommendations. Three $3,000 scholarships, renewable for up to three (3) additional years.
  • One $3,000 scholarship awarded to a female student in honor of Merilyn Borchers

Kyle R. Magoto Scholarship

  • Russia High School graduating seniors who have a high school GPA not less than 3.0 and who will pursue an Associate’s or a Bachelor’s degree as a full-time student. Applicants must have participated in no less than five (5) athletic seasons throughout high school.
  • Selection based upon: Average academic achievement, financial need, extracurricular school activities, demonstrated church and community service, and recommendations.
  • One $600 scholarship, renewable for one (1) additional year

Sidney High School

Betty Zorn Bennett Scholarship

  • No application needed.
  • Sidney High School students ranked 1 and 2.

Davis-Blackford Families Scholarship

  • GPA of no less than 2.0 pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. Preference will be given to an Education major, however, if no applicants are Education majors, the award may go to a qualified student pursuing another major.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Financial need, community and school service, and recommendations.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

  • GPA from 3.0 to 3.95 that are enrolling in an accredited college or university.

  • Application deadline: February 15, 2025
  • Key Club Members who are pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university in the coming academic year.
  • Selection based upon: Academic ability, demonstrated community and school service, financial need, and recommendations.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Larry Hawkins Family Scholarship – High School

  • GPA of at least 3.0 and enrolling in an adult education school, trade school, or a 2-year or 4-year college or university, located within the state of Ohio, (excludes online courses).
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic ability, demonstrated community and school service, and recommendations.
  • One $1,500 scholarship

Laura Behr Memorial Scholarship

  • GPA of no less than 2.5 and no higher than 3.6 on a 4.0 scale. Must be pursuing a vocational certificate, an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, community and school service, and recommendations. Preference given to students pursuing a degree in education or agriculture or an education leading to the Catholic priesthood or becoming a Catholic religious Sister or Brother.
  • One $1,500 scholarship to either an Ann High School or Sidney High School senior.

Marty Bowman Football Academic Scholarship

  • No application needed.
  • Sidney High School football players who have participated in no less than three years of Sidney High School Football and meet academic standards.
  • Must be enrolling in an accredited technical school, college or university in the upcoming academic year.

  • GPA of at least 3.0 and pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

  • Graduating senior who will pursue a Bachelor’s degree.

Sidney High School Alumni Scholarship (High School Seniors)

  • Sidney High School seniors
  • Selection based upon: Financial need; academic ability; community, religious, and school service; recommendations.
  • Must be enrolling in a trade school or pursuing a two-year or four-year degree.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Stephen W. Weadock Scholarship

  • Sidney High School seniors. Student must have maintained a GPA of at least 3.5.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic achievement, demonstrated community and school service and recommendations.
  • Must be enrolling in a trade school or pursuing a two-year or four-year degree.
  • One $1,500 scholarship

Thomas E. Given Family Scholarship

  • Sidney High School senior who resides within Shelby County. Must be enrolling in a technical school, college or university.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic ability, leadership and character as evidenced by community and school service and recommendations.
  • One $1,000 scholarship, renewable for up to three (3) additional years

William A. Ross, Jr., Family Scholarship

  • High school seniors who are Shelby County residents and wish to pursue a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic ability, community and school service, recommendations, and quality of the application.
  • One $1,250 scholarship

Woody Sturm and Sturm Family Scholarship – General

  • Participated on the SHS Football team for no less than their junior and senior years of high school.
  • Must be planning to attend an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Selection based upon: Number of years on the SHS Football team, character, work ethic, and recommendations.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Southeastern High School – South Charleston, Ohio

Tom and Sandy Shoemaker Scholarship

  • GPA between 2.5 and 3.8, who reside in the district and will pursue a two-year or four-year degree.
  • Selection based upon: Demonstrated community and school service, academic ability, and recommendations.
  • Floyd & Marie Shoemaker Memorial Scholarship – $1,000 and James Shoemaker Memorial Scholarship – $500. Each is renewable for one (1) additional year

Upper Valley Career Center

McColloch-Baker Insurance Agency Scholarship – UVCC

  • GPA of at least 3.0 and pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Financial need, academic ability, community and school service, and recommendations
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Multi-District, Major-specific and Miscellaneous Scholarships

Adam E. Huelskamp Scholarship

  • Must reside in the school districts of Shelby, Auglaize or Mercer County, Ohio.
  • 4H or FFA member for a minimum of 4 years combined and must be participating in their final year of eligibility.
  • Selection based upon: Demonstrated community and school service, financial need, employment history, and an additional essay of no less than 100 words and no more than 200 words on a designated topic.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Elaine Laughlin Scholarship

  • Shelby County residents who are high school seniors maintaining a high school GPA of no less than 3.6.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Financial need, academic ability, demonstrated community and school service, and recommendations.
  • Two $1,000 scholarships

Harry Emley and Mary Joslin Bennett Scholarship

  • A high school senior who resides in and attends a school within Shelby County and who wishes to study an agriculture major. (Examples: Ag Education, Ag Business, Agronomy, Animal Science, Horticulture, etc.)
  • Selection based upon: Academic achievement, financial need, community and school service, and recommendations.
  • One $500 scholarship

Herbert H. & Antoinette V. Schlater Scholarship

  • A parent must be employed by either Sidney Electric Co. or Area Energy & Electric for a minimum of two years prior to January 1, 2025.
  • Preference is given to a graduating high school senior; however, an older student may apply. Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0. This requirement will not apply if the applicant has not attended high school or a post-secondary college within the last two years. Must be enrolling in adult education, a trade school or pursuing a two-year or four-year degree.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need; academic ability; community, religious, and school service; recommendations.
  • One $2,500 to a Sidney Electric Co. employee’s child and one $2,500 scholarship to an Area Energy & Electric employee’s child

IUTIS Club Scholarship

  • A Shelby County resident who played high school baseball for a minimum of three years and is enrolling in an accredited adult educational program, trade school, college or university in the coming year.
  • Selection based, in order of priority: Academic ability, community and school service, and recommendations. Preference given to students who participated in the IUTIS Softball Program.
  • Two $500 scholarships

James P. Humphrey, Black Achievers Scholarship

  • Shelby County residents who are of African-American descent and a graduating senior at a Shelby County High School maintaining a high school GPA of no less than 2.0.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Financial need, academic ability, demonstrated community and school service, and recommendations, and an interview.
  • Awards vary

Ken & Mary Beth Monnier Engineering Scholarship

  • Shelby County high school senior with a GPA of no less than 3.0, who is pursuing an ABET accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Demonstrated community and school service, academic ability, financial need, and recommendations.
  • Two $2,000 scholarships

Layton Family Foundation Scholarship

  • Shelby County resident who is a U.S. citizen and is a senior attending a high school in Shelby County.
  • Applicants must be a first-generation student (neither parent has a bachelor’s degree or higher), maintains a high school GPA not less than 2.5 and will be enrolling as a full-time student at a trade school, college or university in the coming year.
  • Selection based, in order of priority: Academic ability and an additional essay on a designated topic, and recommendations.
  • One $1,200 scholarship

Lola Detrick Carmony Scholarship

  • No application. School turns in the names of students.
  • Valedictorians of high schools in Shelby County, given on a rotating basis.
  • Each school receives $500 for the valedictorian that is named at the school. Award based on ACT score for schools with more than one valedictorian.
  • Each year 5 of the 10 schools in Shelby County receive this scholarship.
  • In even-numbered years – Anna, Botkins, Christian Academy, Fairlawn, and Ft. Loramie. In odd-numbered years – Hardin Houston, Jackson Center, Lehman Catholic, Russia, and Sidney.

Shelby County Youth Soccer Scholarship

  • High school seniors who have been involved as a player, referee, and/or coach for a minimum of four years for a team within either Shelby County Youth Soccer, Shelby County Alliance, Western Ohio United or Ohio Extreme Soccer Club South.
  • GPA of 2.5 and are enrolling in an accredited trade school, technical school, college or university.
  • Selection based, in order of priority: Soccer involvement as a player, referee, and/or coach, demonstrated passion for soccer, a recommendation letter from a soccer coach or soccer mentor is REQUIRED, and an additional essay of no less than 100 words and no more than 200 words on a designated topic.
  • Two $1,000 scholarships – One to a male applicant and one to a female applicant.

Sidney Moose Lodge 568 Scholarship

  • Application deadline: February 15, 2025
  • Shelby County high school senior who has a parent or guardian that is a current member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Sidney Lodge 568 and are enrolling in an accredited technical or trade school, or are pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Selection based upon: Demonstrated community and school service, demonstrated leadership skills, recommendations and academic ability.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Vera DoLean Ginn Kiwanis Scholarship

  • A Shelby County resident pursuing a career in elementary education. Must have a high school or college GPA of no less than 3.5 and are pursuing a certificate or an Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Selection based upon: Intent to pursue the field of elementary education, financial need, academic ability, community and school service, recommendations.
  • Two $1,000 scholarships

William and Patsy Zorn Veterans Scholarship

  • Public high school seniors in Shelby County, Ohio who will attend a four-year college or university (excluding Wright State University) and have a GPA of no less than 3.5.
  • Must have a parent, step-parent, grandparent, full or half-sibling who is active military or a veteran of the US military, with a preference to those related to a member of the US Air Force.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Academic ability, demonstrated community and school service, and recommendations.
  • One $1,300 scholarship

Bob Sargeant Skills Scholarship

  • Adults or graduating seniors who reside Shelby County, Ohio or in the School Districts of Shelby County, Ohio, who are enrolling in an accredited adult educational program or trade school or pursuing an Associate’s Degree shall be eligible to apply.

  • A parent must be employed by either Sidney Electric Co. or Area Energy & Electric for a minimum of two years prior to January 1, 2025.
  • Preference is given to a graduating high school senior; however, an older student may apply. Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0. This requirement will not apply if the applicant has not attended high school or a post-secondary college within the last two years. Must be enrolling in adult education, a trade school or pursuing a two-year or four-year degree.

Students must be pursuing an ABET accredited Bachelor’s degree within a College of Engineering (majors such as Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or others) at an Ohio institution. Must have a cumulative GPA of no less than 2.7.

  • A Sidney High School alumnus who is currently enrolled beyond the first year in an adult education school, trade school, or a 2-year or 4-year college or university, located within the state of Ohio. Only individuals maintaining a college cumulative GPA of 2.8 or greater are eligible.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, academic ability, demonstrated community and school service, and recommendations.

  • African-American student and prior recipient of the James P. Humphrey Scholarship. Must have an accumulative GPA of no less than 2.0 and/or have a significantly improved academic record.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Financial need, academic ability, demonstrated community and school service, and recommendations (must submit two letters, one from a school representative and one from a community representative), and an interview.

Dr. Edward and Anne Link Scholarship

  • Shelby County residents maintaining a college GPA of not less than 3.0 and are pursuing a major in visual arts, performing arts, or creative writing toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Art education majors are not eligible. Applicants must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education. No recipient may be awarded this scholarship more than once.

Kent R. Smith Scholarship

  • Shelby County, Ohio, resident who has surpassed college freshman status with a college cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. Student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of education at an accredited college or university.
  • Selection based upon: Academic ability, financial need, demonstrated community and school service, and recommendations.
  • Various amounts up to $20,000 in scholarships

Law Student Assistance Scholarship

  • Students entering their third year of law school (current second-year students approaching the third year)
  • Graduate of a high school in Shelby County or an abutting county and a permanent resident of Shelby County or an abutting county. Eligible Ohio counties: Auglaize, Darke, Champaign, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby.
  • Selection based upon: Financial need, above-average law school academic achievement, and demonstrated leadership in undergraduate and law school activities and in community, school, and church. Preferential consideration is given to applicants who are married and have children and those who indicate a desire for the general practice of law in a rural or county-seat setting.
  • Up to $3,500 in scholarships

Betty Lee Riggs Hughes Nursing Scholarship

  • A Shelby County resident pursuing a Registered Nursing degree. Eligible persons must be a year removed from high school and have surpassed college freshman status. A GPA of no less than 3.0 is required. Licensed RN’s are not eligible for continuing education.
  • Selection based upon (in order of priority): Demonstrate the empathy, compassion, and requisite patience in order to enjoy and devote oneself to a long and fruitful nursing career, financial need, academic ability, recommendations, demonstrated community and school service.
  • One $1,000 scholarship

Medical & Health Professions Scholarship

  • Graduates of high schools within Shelby County or residents of any public school district within Shelby County, who are no less than one year removed from high school and have surpassed college freshman status with a grade point average of no less than 2.75 on a 4.0 scale (or comparable standing if a different grade scale is in use). Individuals who have not been enrolled in high school or a post-secondary program within the last two years need not comply with this requirement. Applicants must be pursuing a certificate or an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in medical and associated health professions. Doctoral degree students are not eligible.

Catherine Moloney Nursing Scholarship Fund
