Our mission is to provide quality childcare for all children, welcoming and supporting those with special needs. At Wilma Valentine Childcare, we believe in the potential of every child.

Our committed and compassionate staff make inclusion possible each day. Through their care and guidance, children build confidence, form friendships, and develop the educational and social skills they need to succeed in kindergarten and throughout life.

As a small nonprofit organization, we work diligently to ensure our employees receive the compensation, training, and support they deserve, while also maintaining a strong, nurturing environment for the children and families we serve. One of our greatest challenges is balancing competitive wages with the rising costs of operating a high-quality program, equipping classrooms with appropriate materials, providing essential services, and offering nutritious meals that support healthy growth and learning.
