Match Day Dollars will be used to purchase a smart board for children’s ministry. Smart boards are an amazing tool for children’s ministry, making Bible stories and lessons interactive and fun. The smart board allows teachers to bring up the internet quickly in front of the kids, so the kids can engage with games, videos, songs, and visuals that help them better understand God’s Word. Lessons can easily be adapted on the spot and creative tools are available to keep children focused and excited. It’s a greaat way to bring learning to life and make Church a place kids look forward to. For the youth ministry we will update their space to include sound equipment, microphones, stage lighting, a video camera and seating. This is where the youth will meet weekly for a message, worship and team building games. On a monthly basis the space will be used for discussion groups, movie nights and is available for other Church ministries as well.
